This article will go over some info on what to do if your delivery is late or if the goods arrived damaged.
The package is late or lost.
Please allow an extra window of 10 business days, after which you may contact Eurosender's support directly. Rest assured that we communicate with them and, should your package be lost, we will contact you for a refund.
The frame is damaged
We will replace any frame damaged on arrival. Please take pictures of the damage, or even better: a video of you opening the package if it looks dented or damaged. You can then contact support via email.
The painting is damaged
While we and our colleagues at Eurosender try to be as careful as possible, this is a possibility we must address. Check out this article about removing a frame. We will, of course, refund you and send you a coupon code as an apology.
